- The Perf Dump Stats for the Ceph Dameons can be collected via the admin socket itself.
- Since all the Daemons themselves run in a distributed fashion, you would need to collect it at per host/daemon level.
- There is no performance impact collecting every 60 seconds, only exception being the phases when the asok(admin socket is not available), during initial boot.
- The more tricky part is to aggregate all the stats and make sense of what is going overall in the cluster

I want to monitor ceph more metric using perf dump and osd perf.
If I run these commands for every service once per minute, will it
have an measurable impact on the cluster performance?
