You can live-migrate VMs to a server with upgraded Ceph libraries; anything that restarts the underlying qemu process will be enough

We have a lot of Openstack Instances and rebooting them will take a lot of time as we need to communicate with the end users. Is there any other way like restarting a cinder service to get those clients to the luminous version 12.2.11 that the cluster is on? Unable to use Ceph upmap feature because of that as the older clients are using Hammer version.
