13.2.2 has an upgrade bug from older versions. Older versions like 13.2.1 are fine AFAICT, as is 13.2.4, and upgrading from 13.2.2 to 13.2.4 should be fine too. I've been using 13.2.1 and later upgraded to 13.2.4 for months now without any issues in two single-host setups. I'm also in the process of testing and migrating a production cluster workload from a different setup to CephFS on 13.2.4 and it's looking good.
