scrub and deep scrub - not respecting end hour

Hello guys,

Some days ago I created a time window for scrub execution in my OSDs, and for 2 days it works perfectly.
Yesterday, I saw a deep scrubbing running out of this period and I though that maybe osd_scrub_begin_hour and osd_scrub_end_hour are only for scrub and not for deep scrub (am I right?).

But now, I have both process running out of this time, as follow below:

~# ceph daemon osd.1 config show|grep hour
    "osd_scrub_begin_hour": "22",
    "osd_scrub_end_hour": "11",

2018-11-07 11:38:31.916391 mon.0 [INF] pgmap v42784228: 904 pgs: 2 active+clean+scrubbing, 3 active+clean+scrubbing+deep, 899 active+clean; 45710 GB data, 135 TB used, 127 TB / 262 TB avail; 33469 kB/s rd, 334 kB/s wr, 3078 op/s

There is a know issue with this flags? or something that I would investigate to know more why it happens?
Or scrub still running until it finish the process on queue?

PS.: I'm running CEPH Jewel.
