You mean these repos: http://download.ceph.com/nfs-ganesha/ ?

Yes. Specifically 
http://download.ceph.com/nfs-ganesha/rpm-V2.6-stable/luminous/x86_64/

Which contains 2.6.1 while current stable upstream is 2.6.3
