Fwd: Ceph OSD status toggles between active and failed, monitor shows no osd

Hi all,

 I configured  two weeks back. OSD always shows failed status ,so i removed the OSDS and added them again,almost in the same process as given-

My cluster has 2 OSDs, 1 monitor, 1 admin and 1 client. After removing and adding the osd monitor does not identify it i guess. OSD 1 shows its state as active twice and the failed in the next status check, saying ExecStart-/usr/bin/ceph-osd -f --cluster ,code=exited,status=1/failure

Any suggestions please?
