Not in that step, but soon; and true the VMs have to be shut down/server rebooted, I have that in mind.

Do I understand you correctly, that I don’t have to update the NFS servers ceph installation? So the OSD/MONs can run 12.2 and a client can still be on 10.2? (I remember a flag might be used to set the cluster compatibility)
