Deploying Ceph with Salt/DeepSea on CentOS 7

Hi,

FYI, DeepSea, the Salt-based framework to deploy and manage a Ceph
cluster, now has experimental support on CentOS 7.

Thanks to Ricardo Dias for getting this up and running as a SUSE
Hackweek project.
