But the repository's metadata doesn't list them. http://eu.ceph.com/debian-luminous/dists/xenial/main/binary-amd64/Packages only lists 12.2.1-1xenial packages, the 12.{0,1}.x packages aren't listed which makes you can't "apt install ceph-base=12.0.1-1xenial" should you want to do that for some reason. Pinning, or essentially "hold"-ing packages on a certain version will still work, but it's not 'as easy' to downgrade right now.
