A 0.94.11 with this fixed would have been really nice before Jewel and
it's not too late for Luminous...

That bit with the clients is probably going to be lot more painful,
complex or at the very least prolonged than it sounds.

Every last client (i.e. VM) needs to be restarted with the new librbd
bits (or the server with a new enough kernel in case or krbd) before the
actual Ceph cluster can be upgraded and those CRUSH tunables set.
