Am using the ceph past 3 years, Now Currently in jewel version, I am facing the issue "request blocked" in my cluster, we already faced these issues on that time we have removed the problem OSD from the cluster, but now am receving it from 4 osd at the same time, please find the screent shot of that,.
Current configuration - 16 OSDs in 8 Node cluster
6 ops are blocked > 33554.4 sec on osd.7
100 ops are blocked > 16777.2 sec on osd.9
3 ops are blocked > 33554.4 sec on osd.1
24 ops are blocked > 16777.2 sec on osd.5
