Hi Max,
Have you considered Proxmox at all? Nicely integrates with Ceph storage. I moved from Xenserver longtime ago and have no regrets.

    However at the moment I'm stuck with a kernel unsupported feature.

                Nobody know how much they are compatible or if they
                  are gonna to break Xen the next update.
                The ugly truth is that XEN is not still able to fully
                  support Ceph and we can only pray that one of the
