Thanks Alfredo, but I'm only seeing xenial arm64 dbg packages here: http://download.ceph.com/debian-jewel/pool/main/c/ceph/ There's also a report on IRC that the Packages file no longer contains the 10.2.3 amd64 packages for xenial.
