problem in osd activation

Hello dear ceph users

i have a problem with installing ceph storage cluster . when i want to active OSDs ceph-deploy can not create bootstrap-osd/ceph.keyring and throw out after 300 second . this is my log . i dont know what should i do . i did everything in quick reference of documantation
