The MDS configuration doesn't affect what you put in fstab, because the addresses in fstab are just the mons (the client talks to the mons to learn where to find the MDSs). So refer to the docs (http://docs.ceph.com/docs/master/cephfs/fstab/), and if you have multiple monitors you put them in a comma separated list.
