Running the following should fix your image up for krbd usage:

# rbd --cluster cephIB feature disable e60host02 exclusive-lock,object-map,fast-diff,deep-flatten --pool cinder-volumes

In the future, you can create krbd-compatible images by adding "--image-feature layering" to the "rbd create" command-line (or by updating your config as documented in the release notes).
