I would like to inform you that I have difficulties to set-up a mirror.

rsync on download.ceph.com is down

# rsync download.ceph.com::
rsync: failed to connect to download.ceph.com (173.236.253.173):
Connection timed out (110)

And eu.ceph.com is out of sync for a few weeks.
