Filesystem check did not find any troubles. Removing OSD and scrubbing problematic PG on other pair of OSD result in crash of new primary OSD. It looks like I have wrong PG data, but it is design flaw when OSD is crashed due to inconsistent data on input... I have no idea how to find problematic object in PG.
