FYI - same issue when installing Hammer, 94.5. I also fixed it by enabling the cr repo.

Hi Cephers

This is just to report an issue (and a workaround) regarding dependencies in Centos 7.1.1503

Last week, I installed a couple of nodes and there were no issues with dependencies. This week, the installation of ceph rpm fails because it depends on gperftools-libs which, on its own, depends on libunwind.

Searching a bit, I've checked that my last week installs downloaded libunwind from epel (libunwind-1.1-10.el7.x86_64). Today it is no longer there.

Goggling about it, it seems libunwind will be available in CentOS 7.2.1511 but for the current time, it should be available in Centos CR repos. For Centos 7.1.1503, it provides libunwind-1.1-5.el7.x86_64)
