I'm facing the exactly same problem, and my situation is much worst.

BTT gives me this -

            Q2Q MIN AVG MAX N
--------------- ------------- ------------- ------------- -----------
ceph-osd 0.000001243 0.009448228 7.065125958 12643
kworker 0.000001491 0.479659256 30.080631593 226
pid002853761 0.000668293 20.053390778 30.080227966 3
xfsaild 0.000001097 0.008947398 30.073285005 10879

            D2C MIN AVG MAX N
--------------- ------------- ------------- ------------- -----------
ceph-osd 0.000036810 0.014268501 1.626915131 12642
kworker 0.000044483 0.005548645 0.653310778 203
pid002853761 0.000156094 0.001594357 0.005841911 4
xfsaild 0.000307363 0.190863515 1.321992802 9849

The disk util is almost 100%, while avgrq-sz and avgqu-sz is very low, which makes me very confused.

Could any one give me some hint on this? Thanks!
