Intel DC series (S3610 for journals, S3510 might be OK for data).
Samsung DC PRO series (if you can get them).

There are other drives that might be suitable but I strongly suggest you avoid those that aren't tested by others - it's a PITA to deal with the problems poor SSDs cause.
