You need cups-client-1.6.3-17.el7_1.1, but yum is trying to install an
older version, cups-client-1.6.3-17.el7.

That newer ceph-cups package shipped back in June
(https://lists.centos.org/pipermail/centos-announce/2015-June/021178.html).
My guess is that your CentOS mirror is slightly out of date, or your
maybe your client. Run `yum makecache` and try again?
