The problem is that libvirt under CentOS has no RBD storage pool support
which is required by CloudStack.

There is a upstream fix for this and I hope this lands in CentOS 7.2

In the meantime you should use CentOS 7.1 and manually compile libvirt:

Or you could use Ubuntu 14.04, it has all the required support.
