Not really. I didn't find any item available in stock yet, that is just pre-orders.
As far as I know, it is quite easy to make manual over-provisioning with samsung disk using their "Magician" tool. This could greatly improve both performance and endurance (BTW, I'm looking for a way to calculate endurance improvement, does someone know how to do that?).
