I'm guessing this is on an OpenStack node? There is a fix for this and I think it will come out in the next release. For now we have had to disable the admin sockets.

For all monitor nodes under /var/run/ceph/ i can see ~160 Thousands asok files , most of the file names are ceph-client.admin.*

If i delete these files are the getting generated very quickly.

Could someone please answer
