Most likely because it's 2 versions behind the curve?
Doing a fresh install on Squeeze is probably not something people consider
to be likely or wise.

Is there any reason you can't use Wheezy or Jessie?

I can think of MANY reasons for not going to Jessie, main point for me is
the lack of pacemaker, however Wheezy would make a good platform for the
time being, seemingly also with LTS support.
