Hello list,

Does anybody know any recent (has to be built after this CVE-2015-3456 vuln was fixed) kvm packages out there for Debian Wheezy which are compiled with RBD support?

I have these installed right now:
ii  kvm                              1:1.1.2+dfsg-6+deb7u8         amd64        dummy transitional package from kvm to qemu-kvm
ii  qemu-kvm                         1.1.2+dfsg-6+deb7u8           amd64        Full virtualization on x86 hardware
ii  libvirt-bin                      1.2.9-9~bpo70+1               amd64        programs for the libvirt library
ii  libvirt-clients                  1.2.9-9~bpo70+1               amd64        programs for the libvirt library
ii  libvirt-daemon                   1.2.9-9~bpo70+1               amd64        programs for the libvirt library
ii  libvirt-daemon-system            1.2.9-9~bpo70+1               amd64        Libvirt daemon configuration files
ii  libvirt0                         1.2.9-9~bpo70+1               amd64        library for interfacing with different virtualization systems
ii  python-libvirt                   1.2.1-2~bpo70+1               amd64        libvirt Python bindings

Building kvm on my own seems to be very difficult since it has many dependencies including gui libraries.

If I try to install the dependencies I will get:

"gnutls-dev" is a virtual package provided by:
  libgnutls-dev libgnutls28-dev
You must choose one to install.

Need to get 48.7 MB of archives. After unpacking 165 MB will be used.
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 libusb-1.0-0-dev : Depends: libusb-1.0-0 (= 2:1.0.11-1) but 2:1.0.19-1~bpo70+1 is installed.
 libpulse-dev : Depends: libpulse0 (= 2.0-6.1) but 4.0-6~bpo7+1 is installed.
                Depends: libpulse-mainloop-glib0 (= 2.0-6.1) but 4.0-6~bpo7+1 is installed.
Depends: libglib2.0-dev but it is not going to be installed.
Depends: libavahi-client-dev but it is not going to be installed.
 libxcb1-dev : Depends: libxcb1 (= 1.8.1-2+deb7u1) but 1.10-3~bpo70+1 is installed.
Depends: libpthread-stubs0-dev but it is not going to be installed.
The following actions will resolve these dependencies:
Keep the following packages at their current version:
1)      libdirectfb-dev [Not Installed]
2)      libgl1-mesa-dev [Not Installed]
3)      libglu1-mesa-dev [Not Installed]
4)      libpulse-dev [Not Installed]
5)      libsdl1.2-dev [Not Installed]
6)      libspice-server-dev [Not Installed]
7)      libusb-1.0-0-dev [Not Installed]

9)      libxcb1-dev [Not Installed]
10)     libxext-dev [Not Installed]
11)     libxinerama-dev [Not Installed]
12)     mesa-common-dev [Not Installed]

Seems to me I end up in some sort of dependency hell.

Thank you!
