Loic, You're not mistaken the pages are listed under the Installation (Manual) link: http://ceph.com/docs/master/install/ You'll see the first link is the "Get Packages" link which takes you to: http://ceph.com/docs/master/install/get-packages/ This page contains the details on setting up your system to use APT (Ubuntu) or RPM (Centos) and the code for the ceph.repo file.
