Sorry to enter in this post but how can we *remove* a mds daemon of a
ceph cluster?

Are the commands below enough?

    stop the daemon
    rm -r /var/lib/ceph/mds/ceph-$id/
    ceph auth del mds.$id

Should we edit something in the mds map to remove once and for
all the mds ?
