See my previous message about use of "mds rm": you need to pass it a GID.

However, in this case your mdsmap appears to indicate that you have two *running* MDS daemons, so removing one from the MDS map probably isn't going to have the effect that you want. You need to stop the daemon first, and then clean it out of the MDS map.
