Well i guess this is the problem. You should not place the osd journal on the
same physical disk. Try to put the journal on a separate disk or even better, on
ssd. This will help alot. I would use 1 ssd per 4 OSDs and the ssd should
sustain 400mb/sek writes (that's what those 4 4TB drives can handle sequential iirc)
