running Firefly client (0.80.1) against older version (dumpling 0.67.10) cluster?

The client should be fully backwards compatible. It figures out which 
features are supported by the cluster's version.

I recently worked with a cluster running on 0.67.9 with some 0.67.9 and 
0.80.1 clients and that worked fine.

I also live migrated KVM VMs running on Qemu+0.67.9 to Qemu+0.80.5 on a 
different host without any issues. I migrated between both versions a 
couple of times and the VMs kept running just fine.

It was CloudStack in this case, but that doesn't matter since it's both 
Qemu+librbd
