I'm having some issues while trying to deploy a OSD:

Ok, it appear to have no errors..but then when i run a ceph osd tree I
found that the osd.X is down and out:
ceph at cephmon01:~$ sudo ceph osd tree

Any ideas? I'm stuck here and can't go any further.
