Problems during first install

This is pretty straightforward to fix. CRUSH defaults to peering with OSDs
on other nodes. If you are setting up a 1 node cluster, modify the setting.

osd crush chooseleaf type = 0

Add that to your ceph.com file and restart your cluster.
