One significant change is that the leveldb cache size in dumpling is only
the leveldb default of 8MB, whereas in firefly it is now 128 MB by
default. This can be adjusted by putting

leveldb cache size = size in bytes

in the [osd] section of ceph.conf and restarting the ceph-osd daemons.
