Apparently at some point leveldb-1.12 also was in the emperor repo and was synced to our local mirror of the emperor repo.
Seems like that was never cleaned up on our local mirror (I do not see the file on the online mirror anymore)
I'm now back to version 1.7

Although it is totally our issue it might be nice to pin versions in the rpm if this is critical for a functioning ceph.
