This looked like a bug when not all monitors were upgraded yet.  It's been 
fixed in master and backported to the firefly branch, but 0.80.2 has not 
yet been cut--it will be fixed in that version.

Until then, make sure all monitors are upgraded and restarted before 
setting optimal tunables.
