Hi , I am struggling to set up a federated radosgw . But I was confused about keyring.

Hi , 
      As we all know ,  we need to create keyring in ceph-storage-cluster . So the radosgw can use them to communicate with ceph-storage-cluster.  
     My question is  :   how the radosgw can get the keyring information???   
     I guess  there will be the same /etc/ceph/ceph.conf and /etc/ceph/ceph.client.radosgw.keyring in radosgw machine.   
     Is that right??   OR   I need to install all the ceph-stuff in the radosgw machine?
