rbd map hangs on Ceph Cluster

It would help if you could capture the crash, but most probably it's
a known bug in 3.5, which leads to a crash instead of returning an
error to 'rbd map' when the kernel misses required feature bits, i.e.
too old.  I would recommend running at least 3.9.
