If this helps, these three lines will do it for you. I'm sure you could rustle up a script to go through all of your images and do this for you. rbd export libvirt-pool/my-server - | rbd import --image-format 2 - libvirt-pool/my-server2 rbd rm libvirt-pool/my-server rbd mv libvirt-pool/my-server2 libvirt-pool/my-server Best regards Hi all, This might be a dumb question, but I'll ask anyway as I don't see it answered. I have a stack of RBD images in the default v1 format. I'd like to use COW-cloning on these. How does one convert them to version 2 format?
