Most servers novadays are re-provisioned even more often, but every new
Fedora release comes with more and more KVM/Libvirt features and
resolved issues, so the net effect is positive anyway.
Yes, we need some extra tests to follow the cadence, just like ceph
upgrades and the all other components.
