The key for client.libvirt is 'AQBx+F5ScBQlLhAAYCH8qhGEh/gjKW+NpziAlA==', whereas the key being
passed to KVM is '+F5ScBQlLhAAYCH8qhGEh/gjKW+NpziAlA=='.  Are you missing a few characters at the
beginning there?
