how to use radosgw admin ops api

    I'm currently trying to test the radosgw-admin  which lives in http://ceph.com/docs/master/radosgw/adminops/
my user's caps is 
    "caps" : [{"type": "usages", "perm":"*"}
                   {"type":"users", "perm":"*"}
                 ]

    then, i put a commond , curl  -XGET http://kp/admin/usage?format=json -d'{"uid"="johdoe"}'
and retuen 403.
    and the commond curl  -XGET http://kp/admin/user?format=json -d'{"uid"="johdoe"}' will return 405.
dos the admin opi api have example!!!!!!

can you help me !!!
