There is no Linux kernel rsockets library anyway, so the kernel support is 
not on the table yet.  A recent kernel is only needed if you're using 
the kernel rbd driver or kernel cephfs client.

See the thread 'Help needed porting Ceph to RSockets' for the latest on 
the rsockets effort; the current blocker is an rsockets issue with rpoll() 
vs rshutdown().
