Looks like you didn't get osd.0 deployed properly. Can you show:

- ls /var/lib/ceph/osd/ceph-0
- cat /etc/ceph/ceph.conf

pg 3.10 is active+degraded, acting [1]

recovery 62/124 degraded (50.000%)

mds.ceph@ubuntu3 at 10.147.41.3:6803/2148 is laggy/unresponsi
