If the processes aren't exiting on their own it means the monitors aren't 
forming a quorum, or something else is wrong with the mons.  On a healthy 
cluster they exit almost immediately...

They make sure the client.admin key has been created and is present in 
/etc/ceph on the monitor nodes.
