I have confused about ceph-deploy use case too.

What about mention the cluster IP for concrete OSD "clusteraddr= 1.2.3.1" ? Does it grab it automatically?

cluster network = 1.2.3.0/24
or whatever it is, and then
ceph-deploy config push HOST [...]
and then restart the daemons.
