This param specifies the number of objects the usage data is being
written to. A higher number means that load spreads across, though
shouldn't be too high as reading *all* usage data requires iterating
through all these objects.
In any case, changing that param may and will change the placement of
the data for specified users, so reading older usage data for specific
user might not work after changing it.
Note that usage data is written asynchronously periodically, and you
should only want to update it if you have performance issues there.
