deep-scrub finds problems it doesn't fix them.  Try:

ceph osd repair <osd-id>

    4  # ceph health details

            HEALTH_ERR 1 pgs inconsistent; 36 scrub errors

       pg 9.3c is active+clean+inconsistent, acting [2,9,12]

       36 scrub errors

     I wait about half hours ,ceph stats still be Health_err.

        

         is there any method to change ceph stat to Health?
