rgw + nginx

Hi,

After some tests, I'm able to work with nginx.

I found a "bug" but it can be a problem with my configuration.
My rgw version is 0.56.3.

With defaults nginx fastcgi_params (https://github.com/nginx/nginx/blob/master/conf/fastcgi_params) I got an error :
{"Code":"InvalidArgument"}

I found that it's "fastcgi_param  CONTENT_LENGTH     $content_length;" who break rgw.

If I comment this line, all is working without problem.

Has anyone experimented the same?
